ENG. I usually don't like rainy days but last Saturday was a very special one since I got to go to the little black jacket exhibit by Karl Lagerfeld and Carine Roitfeld here in Milan.
This exhibit is about the iconic chanel tweed black jacket. The photo exhibition portrays famous people and it has been exhibiting for almost a year in different locations around the world.
What is very special and interesting about it is that it shows how a piece of clothing such as a jacket becomes iconic because it can be worn by anyone: different people, from different ethnicities, backgrounds, genders, styles and ages. It is an item that adapts to who you are and your personal style. Por lo general no me gustan los días lluviosos pero este sábado fue uno bien especial ya que tuve la oportunidad de ir a la exhibición de la pequeña chaqueta negra por Karl Lagerfeld y Carine Roitfeld. Esta exhibición de fotos es sobre la chaqueta de tweed icónica de Chanel. La exhibición ha recorrido varios lugares del mundo y en ella salen varios famosos usando la chaqueta.
Lo más interesante de esta exhibición es que muestran como una chaqueta se vuelve aún más icónica cuando logra vestir a cualquier tipo de persona de diferentes etnias, géneros, estilos y edades. Es una pieza de vestir que se adapta a quien eres y a tu estilo personal.
